Skip App is a Melbourne-based online ordering platform used by more than 100,000 daily active users across 1,200 coffee shops and restaurants.
This was not a business experimenting with remote work for the first time. Skip already operated with distributed teams and had people working across different Australian states. They understood the model. What they needed was the right engineer to strengthen a critical part of the platform as the company expanded.
